2. Hosting and technical access data
Our website is configured for ALL-INKL.COM hosting in German data centres. Website access requires technical processing of information such as IP address, access time, requested URL and connection data. Such information may be logged temporarily for operation and security. Retention and configuration are determined by the actual hosting agreement.
3. Contact form and communication
When you contact us, we use the information you provide (name, email, optional company and phone number, subject and message) to process your enquiry, communicate with you and, if applicable, prepare a business relationship. The form submits the data to our server, which forwards it by email to Qbumps. Abuse-prevention systems may temporarily use pseudonymous access identifiers.
We retain enquiries only as long as necessary and regularly review whether the information is still needed. Statutory retention obligations for business records remain unaffected.
4. Optional Marketing Consent
If you actively select the optional marketing checkbox, we may occasionally send you information about our services by email. We record your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by emailing info@qbumps.com. You can contact us without consenting to marketing. Legally permitted communication with existing business customers remains unaffected.
5. Privacy-friendly visitor statistics
The website is designed for simple first-party visitor counting without analytics cookies. Only aggregated page views and calendar days may be recorded. No advertising profiles are created and no third-party tracking scripts are loaded. This count is only active when the PHP endpoint runs on the web server.
6. AI Examples and the Luna Text Assistant
6.1 Static Examples
The example dialogues for phone, email and internal processes are illustrative. They do not process input through an AI service or make bookings. An AI agent’s capabilities depend on the individual technical integration.
6.2 Optional Text Chat
Luna is an AI system, not a human. You can open the text chat yourself on any page. The external widget from ElevenLabs (Eleven Labs Inc., USA) loads only after you click “Load chat” following the privacy notice. Voice and microphone input are not used.
6.3 Data Processed
Using the chat transfers entered messages, AI responses and technical session and connection data to ElevenLabs and potentially its technical service providers and model providers. Chat content and technical data may be stored by the provider. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information or other confidential or sensitive personal data.
6.4 Appointment Booking
At your request, Luna can check available times and create an appointment through Google Calendar. The required details, particularly your name, email address and requested time, are transferred to Google. A Google Meet link and an email invitation may be created for the appointment. Only provide your own details or details you are authorised to use.
6.5 Other Features
Automatic telephone callbacks and autonomous AI processing of the contact form are not enabled. The contact form works independently of the chat.
7. Recipients and International Transfers
Technical service providers may be used for hosting and business communication. The optional text chat uses ElevenLabs; appointment booking uses Google Calendar and, where applicable, Google Meet. According to ElevenLabs, customer data is stored by default in the USA. Other technical providers and AI model providers may be involved, with possible processing in other countries. We take into account Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR. Further information: ElevenLabs and Google.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data and ask for its correction or deletion. Please contact info@qbumps.com. You may withdraw previously given consent at any time with effect for the future. Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional rights and complaint options.
9. Cookies and External Resources
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts, images and visual assets are served locally. Only after you click “Load chat” is the external widget component loaded through unpkg.com and a connection made to ElevenLabs. IP address, browser and session data may be transmitted and technically necessary storage may be used. The chat is not required to use the rest of the website.
10. Changes
We update this policy when our actual data processing changes. The version published on this website is authoritative.
